I was charged $100 for a pedicure and regular gel manicure. I asked for my old acrylic nails to be removed. My own nails were long under it. I wanted them to be soaked off so in order to preserve my natural nail length. She asked me if she can cut. I thought she meant a bit. But she cut them off at the base. I had no nails. She actually charged me for that as if she soaked them off. When she said $100 I didn't want to be ghetto and fight. But I should have. I go home and look at the receipt. Should have waited for my nail tech to come back from vacation. First time I ever came here and it will be the last time. I got a pedi with gel...bare minimum service quickest pedi I have ever had. The client turn over is so rushed.. I needed a new set of acrylics so I get a new set show her my design which was very simple looks horrible nails super square and flat...this what I get for being inpatient..not sure how anyone can relax because it was super rushed never again

I had a pedicure here and it was the worst experience ever. The massage was ok. Communication is a huge issue here. I specifically asked for square pedicure. I keep asking during the service if the nail tech could do the job during the service and she kept saying later. When I told the owner she just said that I should have asked for a better person, like if all the nail tech couldn't do the same service. Do not waste your money here. I wish I could give this place zero stars. Came in for a full set and simple design, was quoted $100. When I asked how much the design was, the woman who identified herself as the owner got very nasty, saying she didn’t want to do my nail, after complaining loudly in her language to her workers…. She tried to charge $50 for a nail design! Her nasty attitude, lack of professionalism and inability to justify her pricing left me stunned, and I left in tears without nails.
