Asked for dip powder. The guy literally ripped my reals nails off instead of soaking the current powder off. Cut my nails down to the skin and asked what size nails, after I had advised him several times that I only wear dip polish. Ended up with gel polish now my nails are breaking and hurting.
The guy sitting at the first chair smoking the hookah was the only person doing nails for some reason. When he got to me he got lazy. I tried to ask him politely to do my acrylic flat, I didn't want those big humps in my nails. He got an attitude and became rude telling me no he was doing them correctly. My thing is I want what I pay for because they definitely act a fool when you don't want to pay them for their horrible work. I was a new customer and definitely will NOT be returning.
The worst nail salon I've ever experienced. Was in town for a funeral and needed my nails and toes done. The guy was like 10 min and it took way longer than expected. The guy that did my pedicure was awful. I had to tell him mutple times to correct my toes and that he half painted them. I had to tell him to apply top coat. I told the owners he needed to be retrained because he doesn't know what he's doing.. Needless to say I left after my terrible pedicure .
My experience was poor, specifically the pedicure. The young man who did my full set did ok and was patient and kind. The older guy that did my pedicure was kind but lacked the skill to complete a basic pedicure. He did not cut down, shape, or clean my toe nails . He did not remove my cuticles. The paint job was clumpy and he missed obvious spots on my nails that I had to ask him to go back and put paint on. Not very friendly management and very low heath/sanitary standards. I was shocked at some of the things happening here. I would never recommend this salon or return, ESPECIALLY for the price.
