Ordered shirt and didn't receive or haven't got a confirmation or tracking # Have a feeling I'm out of Money on this transaction. Do not recommend. It's been about a month and no reply from customer support.
I ordered a flippy sequin photo pillow with the insert. After reading several bad reviews i was concerned about what I was going to get. I noticed it shipped out from China which is always questionable as to quality, but for the price I figured it would be good. The tracking with CNE was updated frequently and I got my product, made and shipped very timely. It took 12 days from order to delivery which was very impressive due to It being Christmas. The products are printed and delivered in a timely manner but after working with this company and making multiple orders over the last 6 months I find that they are not transparent in their policies, items are not refundable if wrong or misadvertised and since they have updated their site items have lost some quality, their marketing emails are sometimes false, and if you try to contact them there is nothing about their response that is professional or shows value to the customer.
