Absolutely the worst delivery experience I’ve ever had with KFC Malaysia. I placed my order through the KFC app at 9:27 PM, with an estimated delivery time of 10:07 PM. By then, the order status hadn’t even updated. I called the store multiple times, but nobody answered. I then contacted Customer Care three times. Every time, I was told the store manager would contact me. Nobody ever did. On my third call, I was simply told they could only lodge a complaint with the Area Manager.
