I saw Dr Martin Smith for chronic lower back pain with spinal pathology. All of the staff there were lovely - courteous & polite, would go out of their way to help. I was really impressed with Dr Smith. He spent a great deal of time listening to what's important to me, what therapy I've already tried, & what I wanted from him. He offered me options & was able to tell me about risks & benefits without trying to persuade me one way or the other. He's a very caring doctor & I trusted his opinion & advice.
