I had a 9:00 am ultrasound appointment today, but upon arrival, the clinic was unexpectedly closed with no prior notice. I later found it was due to staff calling in sick. Although I received a call from Qscan at 7:30 am, I was unable to return the call as the line was unreachable. My husband and I had both taken time off work for this important appointment, making the lack of communication even more frustrating. I cannot thank you enough for helping out to book me in for ultrasound. I forgot the lady name who took my call. She was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. I was calling all other places and people were scaring me. Here the lady calmed me and booked me in . Thank you so much.
