I was so apprehensive and nervous about a nerve blocker procedure into my neck/spine. From the minute I entered the reception to the MRI to the ultimate injection... the staff were amazing. So attentive to my needs, concerns and anxiety. Even gave me a snake after i felt a bit dizzy. Thank you everyone for an easy experience. You are truly professional at what you do.
Helpful polite staff but the radiology section is like a maze to find having to navgate a lift down then stairs and through the hospital waiting room🤯
Had a great experience at Qscan North West. The ladies at reception were just beautiful, friendly, welcoming and just lovely. Alex who did my MRI was very helpful, explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable. Would happily come back here again. I also loved the bright, happy paintings that were a nice change from a sterile clinic feel.
Excellent service with lovely, professional, and helpful staff. Highly recommended!
