Booked in for an ultrasound after receiving a letter from Bupa Visa Medical Services. I immediately called after booking the appointment online to confirm the referral letter I had would be accepted. Someone checked and they said it was accepted and confirmed my booking. I’ve arrived today and was refused the scan because it’s not a referral. When I explained what I was told on the phone the response I got from staff was we can see the notes saying that and we will pass on feedback. Feedback? I’ve lost half a days double pay... read more
