Pleasant environment, friendly, professional and helpful staff. My appointment was on time. The process was explained to me at every step of the way.
The unprofessional manner of this centre is unbelievable - they’ll lady took 20 minutes to book me in for a ct and ultra sound and messed it up anyway. then when I come on the day at 330pm after taking time off work they do the ultra sound at 330 and then not tell me I had to wait for an hour and a half for the time they booked the CT. Why do that seriously lift your game
My appointment was on Wednesday 30/07/2021at 9:15 went there at 8:45 completed all paperwork and receptionist who was guy said you can wait now. People who came behind us was going inside first and we were still waiting.we waited for one hour for my appointment.One old lady whose appointment was 9:30 who was sitting infront of me she was called before than me. As someone who works in healthcare myself, I was so impressed by all staff working at Qscan Windsor. My technician - Abby was professional and kind. For a Friday evening at 4:30pm, her kindness and care truly stood out to me. She explained every step of my CT scan clearly, made me feel comfortable throughout, and even made me a cup of tea with biscuits at the end (which I was very very grateful for). That level of care at the end of a long week means a lot. Thank you, Abby!
Professional and friendly service right across the board. They made the whole daunting experience of having an MRI far less awful! Highly recommend this practice.
