Good location. Employee was friendly enough. On the still active "coupons" page on their website the entire description on how to use their coupon remains even though the photo show as "temporarily unavailable". Mixed messages. Remove the link Q's if you won't honor the coupon. This clearly isn't temporary. I may have gone elsewhere cheaper. They don't allow AMEX for registration either.
Great customer service. I was greeted right away. This service only took a few minutes to complete and they made sure I knew how to register my car.
The inspector was busy and efficient, but had zero customer service skills. He spoke only necessary words to me- not a hi, not a bye, not a thank you, and shook his head at me when I didn’t give him a tip. Never going back.
