This place is very unprofessional. The mechanic came out and found out he "didn't have a part" to complete the job and stated that he would be back when he get what he needed but trust he would get us on the road. When I checked our bank account a little after he left I noticed that they charged over 200 dollars for a job that wasn't done. Then the customer center is in CA so that's 3 hours behind us and don't have no clue what they mechanics can do.
