best in sac Q's low cost jumps is the best in sacramento. They came out and dropped off a jumper and a snow cone machine.... the kids just went crazy over the snow cones..lol
Kids had a blast at a reasonable price My husband and I rented a jumper for his granddaughters birthday party and we where please with the service. Q's came out early and picked up late evening for us and at a reasonable price. Well worth it.
We made our reservation 8 days before the party, the day of the party there was no show no call from q's jumpers. I contacted Q if that's what his name is and he sent a big long text message saying sorry there was an emergency that his driver did not tell him about. There was no communication between this company and the customer as being me. Q said he would help find a jump house for us from another company he failed to do so, never contacted us back. IF YOU WOULD LIKE THE BEST SERVICE CALL QS LOW COST JUMPERS I BEEN USEING QS FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS AND THEY ALWAYS CAME ERLY OR ON TIME THEY ALWAYS GIVE ME THE JUMPHOUSE FOR AS LONG AS I LIKE MEANING FOR THE WHOLE DAY QS IS THE BEST I WILL ALWAYS WILL RENT FROM THEM.
Dont let low cost fool you! It was QUALITY all the way! I rented the Diego Jumper, Giant Slide, some tables/chairs & Cotton Candy Machine. The kids had a BLAST! All the stuff was clean. The guys came early to set it up. The price was GOOD. I got the slide, jumper, cotton candy machine, table/chairs and a generator to run it all for the price of what some rental places were charging for just the giant slide. These guys are Great!! My kids sure them love them. Our party ran later then expected, we gave them a call and they provided us with extra time free of charge. This is definitely our new rental place.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICESThis so called company is ran by a bunch of shady people. They never showed up at my grandson 1st Birthday after having 100 guest waiting. THEY NEVER CALLED OR ANSWERED MY CALLS. DONT USE QS LOW COST JUMPERS !!! THEY RATE A ZERO...YOU HAVE TO AT LEAST SHOW UP TO BE RATED !!!
