Quincy is the real deal. He proactively reached out to me when he heard through word of mouth that my bike seat was stolen. He came out of town, picked up, repaired, and returned all in 48 hours. Huge heart huge smile with a can-do attitude.
My sons and I met up with Quincy out in Golden, CO. He took some very amateur bike riders and guided us on quite an adventure! Q knows his stuff. He's a great leader and guide and an even better person. You won't be disappointed!!!!
Quincy is a passionate, intelligent shop owner and trail tour guide. He is patient with clients of all abilities and also knows how to shred the trails when the client is up for a challenge. I have ridden up at Xplore Brown County several times on the trails that Quincy maintains himself and have had an incredible experience each time. Can't recommend Q highly enough! 6/5 stars.

Quincy rented the bike to us at a great rate. We had a problem with the bike, he came out and found us on the trail, repaired the bike, got us going again! He had a super positive attitude and was very helpful.
