Quinton took great care of me and addressed all the issues in a timely manner. I would highly recommend him and I will be using him on all my future window replacements
Quentin met me at my place of employment to look at my car. I called him and left a message on his phone Sunday night at 10pm and he promptly texted me the next morning at 7am to schedule a time to come look at it. He was able to diagnose problems that a mechanic was failing too see. He also gave me glass cleaner and towels to help me drive home safely, since my problem was not window related, and actually had to be taken back to a mechanic. I highly recommend Q's Auto Glass Repair. After calling around town for a quote on a very small rock chip in my windshield, Q's had the lowest price by far and came out the very same day to fix it, in the rain no less! Quentin explained everything he did to fix it, and it took less than 15 minutes. Excellent repair and even better customer service.

This is the first time we've had Qs come to fix our auto window. Quinton found the only 2005 rear window in Spokane and got it installed fast, professionally and beautifully. We like that this is a local small business, and he will be our go-to guy.
