I was really disappointed with the way I was treated by a blonde, middle-aged staff member today. She skipped the greeting and just asked what I wanted. When I mentioned that another staff member was looking for chicken salt from the back for me, she rolled her eyes and walked away without responding. She then returned with the other staff member and commented on my topping choice in front of me, saying she “would never put chicken salt on chips” and didn’t understand why anyone would. Awesome night at spawn breeze, place was spacious and toilets easy to find also had the best bartender Christina looking after me all night she already knew my drink order before I'd even got to the bar Thank you for a good night
Ange and his team are just incredible. A state of the art venue, bringing such an elevated experience to the Melbourne entertainment scene. It’s very rare you meet an owner who really ‘cares’ about not only the venue, but you’re event and making it GREAT. A heart based family team providing a world class experience. 10/10
I’ve been here twice now for different reasons and after the second time I’ve established that the rudeness from the staff might be a norm for this establishment. Bar staff seem to never agree and openly have heated disputes in front of customers. The security at Q room is downright dreadful and it appears they might not know what they’re doing.
