Ange and his team are just incredible. A state of the art venue, bringing such an elevated experience to the Melbourne entertainment scene. It’s very rare you meet an owner who really ‘cares’ about not only the venue, but you’re event and making it GREAT. A heart based family team providing a world class experience. 10/10
I’ve been here twice now for different reasons and after the second time I’ve established that the rudeness from the staff might be a norm for this establishment. Bar staff seem to never agree and openly have heated disputes in front of customers. The security at Q room is downright dreadful and it appears they might not know what they’re doing. I came for the concert last weekend with a group of friends. I just wanted to come here to say that we all had a blast, the staff are amazing and they have the best pizzas. The gorgeous bartender with black hair was even dancing with us when we came to the bar to get drinks, and that never happens at any other venue I’ve been to! The sound system and the lighting in the venue is phenomenal! 1000% would attend another Q Room event!!
to say that the staff at this establishment were very rude is an understatement. The security did an abhorrent job, I Believe it was a man and two women. Either way I was pretty shocked with how they treated the patrons. Overall everyone was pretty unprofessional and it looks like they had no idea how to speak to customers. I have no issue with the delay from the organizers but the actual Q room staff were terrible.
