Wayne is really good. At least he was until he stopped responding. He did work on my RV and needed to come back to replace a part. I paid him in full (December 2024), including for the cost of the part. Wouldn’t you know it. He has been avoiding me ever since. It’s now the middle of February (2025)! Getting ready to file with the BBB.
Had him come out a few months ago and he fixed our problem super quickly and even asked if there was anything else that he could do while he was there. So when we then started having the same problem again recently I thought he was the right person to call. Well we called him and he made an appointment and then he never showed up! We called and texted and he wouldn't answer us. This mobile Rv repair company is definitely who you want working on your rig. Wayne sent Jason to my site this morning to repair my brakes due to them locking up. Jason worked his tail off and is a very respectful hardworking young man. Then Wayne showed up later and they did some checks to verify everything was in tip top working order. I wish they lived near me at home in Galveston area because i would have them do all of my repair work. You will not be disappointed.
Will not answer their phone. Won’t show up to appointments. Will not give you a call to tell you if they can’t make it or won’t be there. He made an appointment with us and then never showed up. We have called multiple times to make a new appointment then texted him as he said to make sure he shows up. After we did that he never called or texted saying he got it or that he won’t be able to come. He just never showed up to either appointment he made with us. Will never be recommending him or calling him again.
