Absolutely amazing. Not only was he able to fix a 20 year old unit but was able to maintain it. Extremely professional super timely and effective. The cherry on top was he did all that and my 10 year old thought the world of him. For the rest of the day he was telling me all the things he learned lol. Thanks Jonathan and QRC
BEWARE this COMPANY DOESN'T CARE about APPOINTMENTS I originally had an an appointment on Thursday they changed it without my knowledge to Tuesday. When I called on Friday to let them know that the appointment had been missed an AI assistant had taken my information, but no call was returned. I called back on Monday to follow up with QRC they said the appointment was moved to Tuesday without my knowledge. They gave me the phone number to customer service. So I called and left a message 2 weeks ago and no one returned my call... read more
