Extremely disappointed in service that I received. I booked a 50 min session with hot stones included. Session lasted 36 mins and no hot stones where included. At the end of my service, I was asked if I was going to tip the girls. When I explained that the service I paid for, wasn't the service I received, I got "oh sorry". Room was cold. I could hear conversations from the other rooms too. Not relaxing one bit.

My husband and I purchased a couples massage groupon and we’re able to be taken the next day. The staff was very friendly and the massages were amazing! Highly recommend

Completely unprofessional experience. We told the manager on the phone our window of arrival time and she proceeded to call us twice asking where we were. The room was very cold, the massages were underwhelming at best, not addressing any problem areas we mentioned. After the massage ended almost 20 minutes early, we told the manager we believed our time was cut short and she instantly became defensive, began raising her voice at my fiancee with no offer of a resolution, and continued escalating into an argument. Went for a 50 minute couples massage and it only lasted 35 minutes. At the end when mentioning this (confused if maybe she thought I’d booked a 30min) she proceeded to yell at me and argue. I proved the timing, payed the 50 minute price, cash as requested, and she proceeded to ask where her tip was. The paid amount covered a 35min massage plus tip, even though tip was NOT warranted I felt bad for the other girl, who was standing there apologizing.
