I was a loyal customer who tipped very well. Employees don't ask for your punch card so I forgot to give it to them for my service. I came back less than a week later to get another service and asked if they please punch for my last service and this new service. They refused to punch for my last service, started an argument with me, finally said just this one time and then 20 min later when I left both of the owners/ managers didn't say thank you or bye to me. Was travelling to NYC and decided to get a last minute builder gel manicure after having my nails botched by my usual place in my hometown. I went in Sunday morning and did not have to wait. My tech was Jo-Ann who listened to my complaints about my current set (gel was too think) and chose a different kind of builder gel that is thinner. Wonderful nail salon with fantastic staff. Tina is amazing! She is the best for all types of manicures and pedicures! Both last for a long time and she is also very pleasant and professional! I highly recommend this salon and in particular Tina.
HORRIBLE service at this location- go to a different one. I am usually a fan of the QQ nail salons around nyc. They have good quality products and the service is great. However, not this specific location! I was baffled when the manager at the front desk yelled at me for being 10 mins late to my 6pm appt and instead of rescheduling my appt, calling to check if I am going to make my appt or offering some of the services I scheduled, he told me he couldn’t provide any service because they were closing!
