QPS replaced my HVAC system. Will was very communicative and responsive to my questions and concerns. While they weren't the cheapest of my three quotes, they offered the best warranty. After installation my house is noticably less humid, the air feels cleaner, and it's keeping to temperature perfectly. I definitely would recommend QPS to family and friends.

Knowledgeable and helpful
We got an furnace installed a year and a half ago by QPS through an insurance claim, our insurance told us we had to. We were told it would be equal or better to the furnace that we had. I don't believe that happened. Whether it's our insurance or QPS' fault, I don't know. We've gone through more fuses with this furnace than we had for 10 years with our previous furnace. 3 weeks ago this furnace died and we tried to switch the fuse after it was already not working hoping it would fix. Hayden Glasier attended at my cottage property to service my furnace and air conditioner which were not working properly - furnace kept shutting down. He expertly diagnosed the problem in a short period of time. In my view the problem was not something that is common, so kudos to Hayden. And thank you Hayden for being prompt and polite. I am very pleased to have solved this problem without having to replace my furnace.
