Disappointing experience with their ordering process. I organized my order with the store and was assured if I got my order in within the time frame it would be shipped and received in time for our deadline. I even sent an email to them advising of the order number. After I followed up it turns out they missed my order and didn't ship it. If their ordering process is this flawed I'm not sure I want to see with their product support. Going with another company.
I was happy to buy Canadian but these lights have significant issues simply connecting to wifi. First, I had to delay my project after ordering 5 and only receiving one. After I received the rest I had my electrician install them. All I had to do was connect them to enjoy the smart features. They do NOT connect to the wifi easily as advertised. This is the first time I'm placing an order to QPlus and unfortunately the experience was way under my expectations. The delivered package for my order missed one item out of the 3 items ordered. I tried to call the contact number from the website and no way to contact a person. I also sent few emails to the contact email from the website, again no answer. I was referred to Q Plus Home by a Master Electrician. I am most pleased with their products and services. They are professional and pleasant to work with. And they have amazing products (pot lights and flushmount lights) at a discount as they sell at factory direct pricing. It is definitely worth purchasing from them than elsewhere whether online or retail stores.
