If you want to work with smart people and feel valued, DO NOT work at this company. All of the smart, forward looking thinkers were from TriQuint and the majority of them left or were laid off. TriQuint bred innovators and efficiency. Qorvo, run by all legacy RFMD leaders, rejects people that challenge the status quo and prefers to use old systems and processes even if they’re broken and grossly inefficient.
