Worst thing I ever did was buy a car from here.
I bought a car from these and took over 6 weeks for them to even process sending the log to my address ,they completely blanked messages that I sent and when I tried to sort an issue with the car they made excuses saying id been wheel spinning the car for this issue to be caused because they didn’t want to sort it, I then had to pay someone else to sort it
Just picked up my VW Touareg from QMS .. fantastic customer service and very pleased with my motor .. these guys go above and beyond as due to the weather I had cancellation after cancellation to get to Sheffield to pick my motor .. thanks for your patience and thanks for a great service .. a credit to the motor trade ..
