We hired Thomas Dearman and his company to repair a leak coming through our foundation. Less than 2 months after the work, water was still leaking through. We also discovered he used regular foam insulation against the exterior foundation which does not allow for water to proper flow down to the weeping tile, instead the water is against the foundation keeping it from flowing down to the weepers.
