The collector here is the best I've ever met. Rabail is so nice and patient. She's so helpful and sweet, we got the blood by just trying once. I will come over again next time if I got any referrals from the gp. Good experience and also easy location for someone work in annerley.
Savage! Insisted on taking from my left arm as I'm right handed even though I said my right arm was easier to collect from. Upon taking the needle out blood went everywhere as if the vein itself ruptured due to her digging around. Wouldn't return ever!! Told the phlebotomist I was nauseas, no offer of water, let alone to lay down. Instead I had to run to the other side of the clinic to be sick.
Poor time management on multiple visits. Go elsewhere if you value your time.
