If there were an option for a no star rating, it would fit perfectly with the experience and rudeness of the person who works at QML Windsor. Arrived way before closing time at 1540, only to be turned away with some very blunt words. It would be appreciated if QML can provide training on customer service, respect and kindness to the representative who works at the Windsor Clinic. This representative clearly does not align to your published values.

Was just turned away from this place because I arrived too close to closing time (arrived 2.40pm and they close 3pm). I had my newborn with me in a carrier as she was crying. The pathology staff said I can't have her on me so I said I'd go back to the car and put her in the capsule - to which the lady said "sorry no we close soon". There was no one else there and it would have taken me a few minutes to come back. All this after it took me 40mins to get out the door because I couldn't settle my 5 week old.

Repeatedly closed at the advertised times. Over the years I have tried to attend this clinic on multiple occasions. Every time it's shut. Why? These are not the most expansive opening times. Perhaps review the staffing at this particular clinic.
