It's quite frustrating that the practice has been closed for two days in a row, especially when there was no notification beforehand to let patients know. I've arrived before 6:00 am on both mornings and waited with my young fella, hoping to get his results before taking him to school. A little communication in advance would have saved families a lot of unnecessary time and inconvenience.

So I got there and around 10:40,wanted to do some test to confirm my pregnancy and the first thing the lady told me was next time try to be earlier because we are closing soon,we'll that's fair enough,I told her I didn't know.,when I checked on their website,it said they are open.So she asked for my private health care card which is Bupa and I gave her the card,and she asked about the expiry date which I didn't know,I asked if I can call my husband and confirm because he is the one who does the bills.She told me that even if... read more

Poor waiting times. Shouldn't have to wait an hour to be seen when there is only 2 other people. No one was impressed with the waiting times. Had to leave due to other appointments and attended somewhere different as opening times are very poor.

Went in there twice during suggested operating hours. First at 0800am on a wednesday and it was closed. The at 0900 on a Monday, it was still closed. Please update the hours accordingly to avoid any stress to patients. Also, have had rude interactions with staff at times but I didn’t bother much as I personally understand the pressure. Please update the operating hours.
