Was there at 7.15am Saturday and was done in 5 minutes. Prompt and fast service. Morgan was excellent.
I go to get my bloods done today. I arrive at 6.20am , wait 10 minutes . The gentleman on arrival then tells me he has been moved to another clinic and cannot take my bloods. This is pathetic! How can you decide to move someone to another clinic and decide that this clinic is to be closed without notice. Now they are closed for the Easter weekend. Poor service and poor communication!
Service was excellent, and the staff member who took my blood sample was absolutely amazing. They were professional, gentle, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Thank you for the great care.
Excellent service and fast by Ms Vera. I have very thin vains and everyone struggles but Vera did it in minutes. Impressive.
I went today to QML Taringa to get blood tests, today is public holiday so I assumed this place would be busy. The clinic was told that QML taringa would be having 2 workers on this day which was not true, QML only had one lady working, she was so busy only by herself, she's an old lady, she couldn't have any breaks and it was hot inside, she didnt even had a fan.
