Don’t trust the 8am open times. 28 Jan no one showed up to open at all and 29th not opening until 9am. Seems they pick and choose when they want to staff it. Never mind if you had to fast a day prior to the blood test needs. They clearly don’t have much care for customers time. Go elsewhere if you need a reliable place.
Booked in 2 days before hand for a test for my wife. She got there and no one checked the appt just told her to sit and wait. Waited an hour to be told oops you should’ve spoken up. What’s the point of bookings if you don’t ask are you booked in or walk in?! That’s on You to do better. Terrible experience. Needs better training.
Pathologist was good she did a great job but QML as a whole is 👎👎👎. I have been waiting for my itemised receipt for a month, contacting them sending request but they didn’t provide any. I should have visited 4cyte instead of QML as they were pretty good with this than QML. Will never go there.
I met Sara , the pathologist. She is so good with the needle. Didn’t even feel a thing. She said she doesn’t normally work there but I’m 100% happy with my experience. :)
The Pathologist Jackie, did an amazing job with my blood test, she is one of the few people who is able to draw blood from my arm, most of the time it has to be taken from the top of my hand. Thank you Jackie!!
