My first time at this QML and I can easily say Lucky was the most professional and courteous. This was by far the best experience I had with giving blood.
Always ask if the service is bulk billed even though your GP has ticked this on the collection box you might have to pay out of pocket . The collector should be able to tell you … beware!
Not sure what happened today but I got there at 12.30 on a Thursday, expecting them to be back from lunch at any moment, and after 1 hour of waiting still no show. Several other customers came and waited for around half an hour and gave up. A 90 year old woman who took a taxi to get there was still waiting when I finally left. No message left on the door, no 'closed today' sign. They were meant to be open and wasted plenty of time and energy of others. They are also impossible to contact. Really disappointing.
