Friendly & efficient collector. Didn’t hurt & she found the vein easily. Not a long wait but it was first thing in the morning. It did open promptly at 7am. Clean, orderly centre. I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my pathology appointment scheduled for 8:00am on 25/05/2026 at the Warner location. I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment, only to find the doors locked, despite the signage on the door clearly stating operating hours of 7:00am–3:00pm Monday to Friday. I waited until 8:40am, and there was still no sign of staff or any indication that the clinic would be opening. Due to other commitments, I had to leave. No closed sign. Supposedly open on google. No one answering phones all before 12pm. Ridiculous
Closed at 12.30, the time when people need it on there lunch break.
I have been here on several occasions and staff are always late meant to open at 7am I am here now it is 7:15am Tuesday 31 of March 2026 no staff here yet doors are locked
