I waited for my turn, and the lady advised me that QML does not have this test available and that it was a basic test. I was fasting and had already spent a significant amount of time waiting. I requested that she call the head office to check why the test was not showing in the QML system, but she did not make any attempt to do so. Friendly & efficient collector. Didn’t hurt & she found the vein easily. Not a long wait but it was first thing in the morning. It did open promptly at 7am. Clean, orderly centre. Just fyi, I don’t like the new logo; the solid blue made it more distinctive compared to S&N & 4Cyte.YOU NEED TO UPDATE YOUR PHOTOS ON HERE FOR THE WARNER SIGNAGE.

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my pathology appointment scheduled for 8:00am on 25/05/2026 at the Warner location. I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment, only to find the doors locked, despite the signage on the door clearly stating operating hours of 7:00am–3:00pm Monday to Friday.
