Very pleasant experience at this clinic today, Ruth was gentle and friendly
Very long wait. 50mins i sat before getting called over.
Partner and I had an appointment at 7:30am here requiring her to fast for 12 hours prior, have bloods taken, drink a sugary drink wait an hour get bloods wait another hour and get bloods. Rocked up 10 minutes before opening, ended up 8th in queue. Was told they weren't aware of the appointment despite booking a week in advance. Unfortunately unable to wait due to the length of fasting being not recommended for pregnancy. Previous time we attended here they had to make three attempts at getting a vein for the blood test befor... read more
