I came here after previously experiencing trauma through a different phlebotomist who I said could not dig due to my nerve pain. She did not listen and dug anyway despite me saying stop and even stuck the needle back in after taking it out. I was very nervous coming to a different clinic than my safe usual one but the phlebotomist was lovely and she was so good with my POTS and hypermobile veins. I will only get bloods done if Michelle is there, she is wonderful! Don’t feel a thing and she makes me feel so comfortable.

Sitting there for 15 minutes and nothing, came at 12:10 they were on lunch, I just go somewhere else not happy at all 😞
