This is a great device the office at upper Coomera opens at 6am which is wonderful if you have had to fast for a blood test. The staff were very professional knew what they were doing and very nice people.
It was my first pathology test at QML Upper Coomera. Staff took my test were very professional and supportive. I usually have issues with blood test but the lady made it easy, no pain and quick. Everything was great, organized and quick. The opening hour at 6 was really helpful for me. Thanks QML Upper Coomera team. I definitely will be taking my test there and highly recommend you to others.
Visit today at 8am It was 3 patience before me ONLY ! Nurse took blod test were was painful. Than she opened vacutained tube and split - pour ( divided) to another vacutained tube which should not ! Most probably, because she forgot to add another vacutained tube , while blood test been in procedure! Very UNprofessional and dont know their JOB ! I would not be surprise, that blood result would be WRONG ! Leave at 9.30am So all procedure it takes 1,5 hour including waiting time ! Not happy at all !
Have to rewrite feedback. Handy facility, but staff (nurse) are very SLOW ! One patience takes about 15 minutes & staff do not have much knowledge! Any other facility 5 minutes. Dont like this facility !
