I had a very unpleasant experience at this pathology clinic. The staff member took a long time to enter my paperwork into the system and was rude and unprofessional throughout much of my appointment. She told me I should have drunk more water and insisted that I hold my hand from underneath in a way I found uncomfortable. I had my blood taken at QML Pathology today, and it was a very unpleasant experience due to the staff member’s unprofessional and rude behaviour. The person who drew my blood kept sighing loudly, showing visible frustration, and made me feel very uncomfortable throughout the process. In addition, they took a long time just to enter my information into the system, leaving me standing there while they continued to act annoyed and impatient. My wife went on 10/10/2025 for a blood test. The lady didn't know anything about customer service and no manners at all. And on top of that, she didn't know how to take blood. Plus, doctor suggested to do three different tests, meaning three tubes separately for each test. She only did two tubes and wasted time with our doctor's appointment as well. Definitely not going there again.
