Collection @ Tweed South clinic by collector 5 star. Trying to organuse home collection for elderley incapacitated person an absolute nightmare. S&N protocol so much easier to navigate
Practitioner took a personal call while i was in there, was distracted and dug around with the needle, had to give up and go into the other arm... Very contrary to other visits to same location where everything was fantastic.
The staff were very friendly and kind. Great location so close to the surgery and town. Thank you.
