Been waiting for my blood test over a week now No results yet. Disappointing.
Saturday 21 November when I visited, Ben was the collector. Im usually a hard patient to find a veign but Ben got one 1st go and with little fuss and no pain my sample was collected. Great work Ben.
The lady’s blood-drawing technique was so skillful that I didn’t feel any pain at all.
Staff were excellent, very gentle and whole process very efficient. Premises very clean.
Had a quiet and pleasant visit to QML Pathology, service, Tweed Heads South, Tweed City, it was excellent, the nurse was very friendly and professional, and had NO problems with trying to find a vein. 😊👌👏
