Kathy is very good at her job of taking blood tests and specifically in getting the needle in to do the tests required by my specialist. My wife referred me to Kathy from her positive past experience and both myself and her have had many blood tests. It would be even better if QML were allowed to take blood from my fistula even if I had to have the necessary training to insert the blue butterfly needles into my fistula myself.
