Beyond pathetic service. Had to wait 50 mins for a blood test in an empty clinic!! No response no nothing! Staff doesnt give two shit
Shout to nurse Peta this morning who made my 8 year old Daughters first blood test experience so comfortable, she explained every step and kept checking she was OK with what she was doing.
