I took some samples to drop off, was told it would be a $90 charge as I didn’t meet eligibility criteria and when I asked what this was, the staff member couldn’t tell me. I took my samples and went to Sullivan and no charge at all, they said this type of testing was covered under Medicare. Would hate for anyone else to be charged for a test that is actually covered.

I've been here twice and both times received exceptional service. The team is friendly, efficient, and clearly takes pride in their work. Highly recommend!

I can’t recommend going here at all based on my experience. She hit my nerve 3 times, in the one arm, sending me into shock. While I was lying down on the bench recovering, she attempted to draw blood from my other arm. She wasn’t successful on any attempts. I have now been dealing with a lateral antebrachial cutaneous nerve injury as of the 29th of January.

I think Kim would be better suited as an English teacher than working here. She “corrected” my English with a thick accent and gave me the strict teacher face, which had my friends in stitches. They couldn’t believe how ridiculous it was either. Her struggle with the QML computer system was almost impressive. I ended up teaching her how to process my payment—and she didn’t even say “thank you” for my impromptu tech support.
