Lady that was on today was extremely rude, had a very unpleasant manner towards everyone in the waiting room. Took out her bad day on the people who where there to get there tests done. Would never return there, go somewhere where they actually care about the people they are there to help, and care for in their position.
The old lady pathologist is very not helpful and rude. They don't have machine to scan my referral, she told me to call a doctor to send the actual referral letter by email. When she told me about it, she said " I told you, the doctor need to send me the actual referral letter by email. I told you already" how she said to me was very in a rude way. After I got the first test, she called me a few days later. She said I need to do the test again, and I should come between 7 to 8am on the next day, because it will be less busy.... read more
Very very very slow service. I was 3rd on the queue but even after waiting for 2 hours, I didn’t get called. So I decided to leave.
Been ringing for 4 days to book my child for a blood test. No answer and no return call. Imagine if it was serious.
