wonderful staff member. Welcoming, caring and efficient. Results returned promptly from the laboratory
Great service the collector was very pleasant and courteous I understand sometimes it is difficult to stay within the operating procedure due to staff absenteeism it is not something easily to overcome a specialist procedures something to cope with find alternatives not easy either but that’s life
The opening hours are 7am I arrived there at 6.50am and was asked to come in for my test by the phlebotomist She was so pleasant and nice 🤟
They’re permanently closed - but there’s no clear signage on the door saying so, or directing you to the nearest collection centre. I’ve always had positive experiences here getting my blood taken and felt the collectors were patient and kind to someone who’s not great with needles. Today I had a collection drop off and found my way to the Mary St Noosaville QML.
