Sat down to wait, second in que, and waited atleast 30mins with no one going in, while another four patients came in to wait. Left in the end.

Came here at 4pm on the 29/12 The opening times are for 6am - 5pm. No one was there and everything was locked up. Very disapppinting to experience. There’s no direct number to call for that collection centre and I doubt anyone would be there to answer anyway! We did see the qml car sitting out the front with the driver in it, but as soon as we came back outside he drove off! Very annoyed at the false advertising as we needed to get some tests done.
I had one test which need the gap payment $50. I already paid on site on the day. But I still got the owning invoice. I finished my work half an hour early as I want to go to the site before 5PM. When I was arriving at 4:54pm the staff said they already closed. But the trading closing time is 5PM. I want to figured out why I still have the owning invoice as I had already paid. This is very unpleasant experience. Never ever will go back to QML for any pathology test.
