Lynn is very good, helpful and patience collector. She made the process a lot easier and comfortable.

I had to fast beforehand and usually struggle with blood tests as my veins are hard to find, plus I feel faint at the sight of blood. She listened carefully, reassured me, and even kept the blood out of sight to help me stay calm. She regularly checked on me, offered water, and kindly explained my low sugar levels—going above and beyond by offering me a lollie, which I’ve never experienced before. I’m truly grateful for her kindness and care.
