I told the pathologist that I’m scared of getting the bloods done but no sympathy at all and the way she pricked me for blood was the most horrible experience ever . She didn’t smile at all and was grumpy which made the experience even worst .

I went this pathology today with my two and half year old son . patholgist was very rude, she tried to get my baby's blood but she failed. When she couldnt get his blood she got agry and start throwing her stuff and told me why did you come here. I was like;;are you serious 😡😡I recommend that never go their with your baby she really is mentally sick and I informed there receptionist too.

Horrible experience. I would even be ok with long wait and rude qml collector. But she couldn't locate a vein and inserted the needle into the bone. It was so painful and lost a lot of blood. I will never ever go to this QML again and recommend people not to take risk.

Qml hidden in medical centre, its not clear which room is for collection. Tiny sign says knock on the door and walk in so i do and get told to get out because shes busy????? Get better signage and maybe train staff to check waiting room because i felt like a fool sneaking around half the medical practice thinking maybe i was in the wrong spot.
