1-star. Extremely disappointed with QML Pathology. I raised a complaint about poor service earlier and left a genuine review. Since then, there has been ZERO follow-up or response from QML. No call, no email, no attempt to resolve the issue. Ignoring patients after a bad review shows how little they care about customer service or accountability. Test results are important for health decisions, but so is being treated with respect. If you can't handle feedback, you shouldn't be in healthcare. I will be taking my future tests ... read more

With an easily accessible location and efficient timeline, Dixon St is a solid solution for alternative collection needs.
