Waited 45 minutes to be seen to just to have to walk out otherwise I would have been late to an appointment. No apology, no accountability that they were taking 1 patient every 15 minutes and staff didn’t even know what number they were up to when they have a number system. Absolute shambles. No time management what so ever. I can’t be waiting almost an hour to be getting the urgent blood tests I need. Now I have had to go elsewhere. Waste of time.
ITS AMAZING I ALWAYS GO AT 6 AM AND ALWAYS THE YOUNG LADY THAT WORKS THERE IS HAPPY AND DOES HER WORK VERY EFFICIENTLY AND WELL I AM ALWAYS HAPPY 😊 TO GO THERE
Do not go here for early morning not sure if different staff in the afternoon but the one in the morning is definitely suffering from something. Started yelling from the room inside while she was with other patient just because i said hello at the reception. Started demanding apology and was extremely rude to talk to as well. Rang their main office to complain and was told definitely not acceptable behavior and area manager will call to discuss. 2 week later no contact from anyone. Friendly and efficient service
Strathpine collection centre is conveniently located for us, and the staff we've encountered have all been excellent. Aside from excelling at the neccessary skills with collection and information privacy, they have always also been polite, friendly, efficient and caring - we've never been made to feel like we're just a number/just a sample to be collected, and given some of the health issues some people may be facing from time to time this kind of personal interaction can truly make a difference to a person's outlook for the... read more
