As an interstate traveller I needed to have a drug and alcohol lab test due to job requirements fifo mining work I attended Springwood QML where the staff weren't familiar with this test paying from my own pocket I requested the results emailed to me directly they refused to hand over my paid results telling me I would have to wait for hard copy mailed to me 7 to 10 days. Refused to hand over to my family doctor the results even speaking to the laboratory results were finalised in 24 hours and emailed to Springwood. Springwo... read more
