He is excellent, friendly and nice.. thanks to him to drive away my fear while taking blood test. Having a nightmare at another center where my both hands had 5 needles holes and yet to fill up 2 bottles of blood.. horrible
I had a wonderful experience at this pathology centre. The staff were very friendly, professional and welcoming. The men who assisted me were especially kind, patient and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. It was such a positive experience, and I really appreciated their care and professionalism. Highly recommend this pathology centre! It didnt hurt a bit which was even better.
Just went this morning. Pathologist was very kind and friendly. No one likes getting blood tests done but it was a good experience overall.
I recently attended QML Pathology for a blood test, and while the collector was very nice and friendly, I left feeling quite uncomfortable and nervous about the overall experience. I arrived at 7:09am and wasn't seen until approximately 7:34am, despite there only being one person ahead of me. I had to start work at 7:30am, which was why I attended early, so the 25-minute wait was particularly frustrating.
