Opening time is stated on internet as 6.00am. I arrived at 6.30 and it was not open. Courier told me it was closed today. Had to go across to Queen Street Centre and wait till 7.00 for them to open. Internet information needs to be updated.
Waited for about 10 min on Saturday, none came or acknowledged me. Heard two staff members laughing and cracking jokes at the back room, then they came out, completely ignored me, one left, another one went again at the back. Looks like QML needs to train their staff better.
