Very disappointed with my experience at QML Pathology at Pacific Private Clinic, Southport. From the moment I arrived, one of the reception staff was abrupt and dismissive. I was asked to email my referral, and when I politely asked if it had been received, I was met with “did you send it or not” response. She then pointed to my surname and asked if it was my surname.
