Everything was good.
Turned up for an 8:30am appointment for GTT and bloods. Regular pathologist must have called in sick, so a pathologist who had never been to that clinic before was sent there. This poor woman was thrown into the deep end, she wasn't told of the change until it meant she would turn up late. She had authentication issues logging into the computer as she had never been there before, and was waiting on hold for over 30 mins before QMLs IT support answered. Very polite staff you know there stuff highly recommended for a pain free experience .
The pathologist was very nice, caring and great at her job. There was no wait time, I was in and out within 10 minutes.
